Retainer Fees:
Our retainer fees are determined based upon the location of the case and also the complexity of the case. There are other types of fees, including filing fees and service or process fees which may apply in your case. Our Legal Assistant will be able to provide an estimated retainer fee for each case. A retainer fee is the initial amount required prior to the attorney officially entering an appearance in a case. A retainer fee is not earned until work is performed in your case, and unearned fees are refunded. Most cases, especially high conflict cases with multiple hearings require additional retainer fees beyond the initial retainer.
